This constitution was ratified on April 27, 1978, and superseded all previous constitutions. Yet another round of revisions took place in 1986, culminating with the version made November 20, 198* 6. The next version was completed on February 15, 199* 5. The current revision of the Constitution was completed on December 6, 1999, and ratified January 27, 2000. On January 11, 2001, November 11, 2002, June 12, 2003, and April 08, 2004, changes were made to incorporate amendments. This revision supersedes all previous constitutions. Use of the word "he" is intended to be gender neutral.
