Pods are listed from right to left (or east to west).
Second floor plans are identical to third floor plans.
Wells E, D, & C connect to the basement.
Well C is the only well that allows direct access to the outside as it is the only well without a fire door / emergency exit.
All rooms in pods are double-occupancy, as are all first floor rooms, excluding rooms 104, 108, 111, 112, 113, 114, and 117; which are designated singles.
Rates
Fall 2009/Spring 2010 from housing's website
- $2200 for a roommate
- $2550 for a non-guaranteed single (and designated singles)
- 3300 for a guaranteed single
Fall 2008/Spring 2009 from Housing's site.
- $2000 for a roommate (equivalent to $13.79/day over 145 days, approx. $421/month)
- $2300 for a non-guaranteed single (equivalent to $15.86/day over 145 days, approx. $480/month)
- guaranteed singles are no longer listed.
Summer 2008
Rates for Palmer Hall are not given on Housing's website, but they should be as listed below.
- Interim: $260
- Summer 1/2: $480
- TOTAL FOR ALL SUMMER: $1220
Fall 2007/Spring 2008
The rates are $1875 for a roommate, $2150 for a single (currently unavailable), and $2825 for a guaranteed private room.
